United States America
$1 trillion Business Infrastructure Investment Plan
A $1 trillion investment in energy Infrastructure creates millions of jobs and reduces carbon dioxide emissions. The President signs a Clean Energy Bill, which deregulates energy, which has similar benefits as the Telecommunication Act of 1996.
Like the Internet Model, government, business and educational leaders work together. An Einstein Technology Corridor is created that would be ten time the value of Silicon Valley. A manufacturing facility is built and assembles thousands of modular clean power and process plants like Boeing assembles airplanes.
$10 billion investment: The facility assembles 100 plants per year. Annual revenues are $100 billion. Payback is one year. Facility employs 50,000 people. Small businesses employ additional one million people for making the assembles, sub-assemblies, and components.
$400 Billion investment: 400 power plants generate 4 trillion kilowatt hours of electricity. One power plant generates 10 billion kilowatt hours of electricity and $1 billion in annual revenues. Paybacks are one year and create one million jobs.
$600 Billion investment: 600 process plants produce energy for making consumer and business products from coal, oil, and natural gas rather than burning them and destroying our environment. Paybacks are less than one year. Eight million jobs are created.
Foreign Exports: After meeting United States energy needs, 100 plants are shipped oversea, which reduces America’s trade deficit by $100 billion per year.
In ten years, the $1 trillion Business Infrastructure Investment creates over 10 million jobs and 6.5 trillion in annual revenues: $100 billion from the manufacturing facility, $400 billion from 400-power plants and $6 trillion from 600-process plants.
The synergistic effects of government, business and educational leaders working together plus advancements in science and technology grow the U.S. economy by 4.4 percent from $17.5 to $80 trillion and create over 60 million jobs. Carbon dioxide emissions are reduced to less than one billion metric tons.
