Uranium Conversion Plants – Draft
generates electricity and thermal energy for manufacturing consumer products
Modular Uranium Conversion Plants (MUCP) are one three new generations of clean power and process plants that will provide 70 percent of the world’s energy needs. The clean energy comes from the conversion of matter into energy according to the mass times the speed of light squared or Einstein’s equation: E = mc2. The technology is based upon decades of research and development at Argonne National Laboratory.
Twenty manufacturing facilities are needed to assemble16,000 Modular Uranium Conversion power and process plants like Boeing assemble airplanes. Each manufacturing facility will assembly one Modular Thorium Conversion plant per week or fifty per years. Since each plants is sold for $1 billion, the facility’s annual revenue are estimated at $50 billion. In twenty-year, each manufacturing facility assembles 1,000 power plants (50 power plants per week times 20 years).
Modular Uranium Conversion power plants will generate electricity for people’s homes, businesses, and communities. Each power plant generates 10 billion kilowatt hour of electricity. At ten cents per kilowatt hour, each power plant’s annual revenues are $1 billion.
Modular Uranium Conversion process plants will manufacture trillions of dollars of industrial, commercial, and consumer products from coal, oil, biomass and natural gas rather than burning them and destroying the World’s environment.
Modular Uranium Conversion Plants can supply the world energy need for thousands of years and are similar to the Integral Fast Reactor (IFR) that were developed at Argonne National Laboratory. The difference between the plants is that the Modular Uranium Conversion Plants are not gold plated and can be assembled in manufacturing facility. The MUCP’s fuel efficacy is over 99 percent versus 3 percent for light water nuclear uranium plants.

The spent fuel, which is located in over one hundred nuclear power plants, is reprocessed and supplied to Modular Uranium Conversion plants. Coal uses 30 million time more material than Modular Thorium Conversion and could supply fuel for 12 Thorium/ Uranium power plants
Electrical generation efficiency is 50 percent compared to average 30 percent for today’s power plants or increase of sixty-seven improvement in energy percent. High outlet temperature outlet for manufacturing products and generating electricity.
Utilizes of 99 percent of fuel verses about 3 percent for light water reactors. Light water reactor creates 35,ooo kilograms of spent fuel that needs to be stored for one million years.
Recycles fuel on site and can convert the 100,000 metric tons of spent fuel stored at Light Water Reactors into energy and save consumers an estimated $1 trillion. Uranium can supply the world energy need for thousands of years.
The United States builds the first Uranium Manufacturing Plant, which assemble on plant per week or 50 per year. The manufacturing facility also has 125 Megawatt Uranium Conversion Module to supply electricity and show the public how the plants operate.
After demonstrating and operating manufacture facility and plants, other major countries replicate the Uranium Manufacturing Facilities and assemble thousand of plants for manufacturing produces and generation electricity.
